Auto title never er received

Re: stock#par25714 windstar vanss lx 4 wagon dated of purchassed november 29

I bougth this van more than 60 days and I never received the Title. After a long struggle with CSR Vicky who's advised that the title was mailed to the wrong address and I replied never received. After many emails send to capital Auctions/phone calls with a lack of response I requested to speak to a supervisor and the supervised promised that I will received the title ine the last 2 weeks, never done so.

Today I called and I spoke to Vicky and I requested a supervisor who's informed that the Title never been send to and the Title has lien with a agency they are working. At that point I informed the supervisor that I was misselead by emplyees/supervior.

I spoke to the General Manager Dave who's I informed that I will like to get back my money at the price of market today and he responded no is willing to paye me only for the price I bought the vehicle at auction, I responded no way I spend a lot of money to fix the vehicle

At that point, I informed Dave he'll be contacted by a lawyer on my behalf and wille file a law suit againts him and Capital auto auction for lack of breatch of contract
