Sold me a used vehicle "lemon" with a warranty that they didnt uphold

Jan 13 purchased a used vehicle from this dealership with an "exclusive" implied 15day/500mile warranty against any major problems that may occur. Only owning the vehicle 6 days, i noticed several mechanical and body concerns. Brought the vehicle back (well within my implied warranty) to have the issues addressed. After 10 days the dealer finally contacted me with the reapairs found.

At this point they even asked me to pay an addtional $575 for these repairs! I did not agree and gave them an additonal 3 days to repair the vehicle. Now after 13 days in thier possesion i returned to pick the vehicle up. Upon inspection noticed the repairs were never done, the damage was now much worse then before and the engine was smoking noticably. I was dissapointed and left the car there for another attempt at repair.

Now a full week later after i was "assured" that all the run-ability issues and body damage was taken care of, i arrived again to pick up the vehicle. This time again even more damage! The engine compartment caught on fire! There was now a dent in the hood and the driverside front fender and my entire dash was broken into two pieces and was attempted to be glued back together! All of this is absolutly documented and factual.

I again left the car in thier possesion to further discuss now returning the car under thier own "implied" warranty. Only to recieve a threatening call a few days later telling me that they were doing nothing further to the car and all damage was cosmetic and actually implied i may have caused the damage myself! (i only drove the car for 6 days at this point and put on only 200 miles!) They told me to remove the vehicle from their car lot the next day or it was going to be im-pounded!

I immediatly retained an attorney and was forced to pick the vehicle up, in which case it smoked from under the hood and the steering wheel shook madly on the highway all the way home. This vehicle is odviously a used car "lemon" and i would highly suggest to tell yourself and a friend to NEVER BUY A CAR FROM... CAVE CREEK JABERS AUTO SALES! They are crooked and sell bottom of the line vehicles and tell you "dont worry, your covered under our warranty"!

To this day no resolution has been offered and im in the process of filing a law suit against the car lot and its employees. Bottom line, i owned the vehicle for 27 days and the dealership had it for 20 of those for repairs that were never done. The vehicle needed only a few repairs to begin with and then they successfully caused more and more serious damage to the vehicle. As it stands im faced with almost $3000 in costs to repiar this vehicle on my own!
