Morgan Collision Centers, Discovery Auto Body ripoff

On 6/19/06 I contacted Discovery Auto Body to hire them for repair of my 2001 Corvette from an accident. The vehicle was repaired and released on 7/21/06 at 5pm. I looked over the vehicle and everything seemed fine. When driving home I noticed that the raised lettering on the dash had been torn off and the stereo speaker on the left side was not working. I contacted them and was told to bring it in on 7/22/06. That got repaired.

Upon washing the vehicle that evening, I noticed a tear in the tint on the left door window and overspray on the right rear fender, coupe deck lid and roof retained panel. I called Discovery again on 7/24/06 and was told to bring it in on 7/26/06. Upon return of the vehicle the ABS & Traction Control failed 1 1/2 weeks later. I took it to the dealer and they found that the secondary wire harness for the left front wheel was pulled out and the tire rubbed the wiring enough to shred it and blew out the wheel sensor. They also found body damage on the right and left rocker panels, right fender and right front bumper area. The damage is all under the vehicle and cannot be seen upon looking at the vehicle or even washing the vehicle.

I called Discovery again and brought the car to them. They state that I damaged the vehicle again. They offered to settle if I pay for half the damages. I do not agree and now am having the dealer complete repairs.
