Crescent Bank, Crescent Recovery What a joke. Never do business with these crooks

I got a car loan thru Crescent Bank in 2006. After getting the car home I noticed all sorts of things wrong with the car, water standing in the floorboards when it rained forming mold that my child id highly allergic to, he has severe asthma and mold triggers the attack along with other allergies. I informed the bank of this and they said that they would get the problem fixed because they do not finance auto like this.

Well time went by and nothing happened. I was asked to put everything in writing to Crescent bank. I did and still they did nothing. Well I ended up filing bankruptcy just to stop the calls. Then after all of that they send a repo man to my house which was fine because the car was sitting waiting for them. Well he decides that because of all the problems that he doesn't want to take the car.

Another year goes by and I start getting all of the harrassing calls. They have gone so far as to call me a liar and they keep running my credit to "see what I am trying to apply for" What? That is ILLEGAL. They can not just keep running credit reports on me because they wanna see what I am doing. I am terminally ill, I have 2 children one of which is very sick himself and also is a Shriner's child. I have had several things happen in the course of the past few years that were out of my control. I have told them numerous times to come and get the car but they REFUSE!!! I just want to be rid of these RUDE arrogant people. They call at 8 am and I tell them federal laws says 9 am to 9 pm. They argue with me and I hang up only to be called right back by another person. I have offered to sent medical records or whatever to prove they are the liars not me but another employee will call and say no we don't want that and we don't want your money. Well okay, you're not going to get my money so stop calling and come get your car. They like to degrade you and continue ruining your credit. Every time they run a credit check it just reduces my score that much more.

They are the sorriest company I have ever dealt with. They work things out with you but don't document it. Do not ever let them have access to your bank account. I just want them to get the car do what they gotta do and LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE. Please never let anyone you know ever become victim to them!!!
