Unprofessional and Unethical

This company is a scam and very unprofessional. I purchased a product from the company and was shipped an incorrected item. After sending pictures and proof of the problem, and a month of waiting, I was assured by the salesperson that I was to get a FULL refund on the product and reinburse for the shipping.

Four weeks after the product was returned and numerous of long distance phone calls, I was given a refund minus restocking fee for a product that was incorrectly sent by the company. I called Candy, who turned out to be the "owners' wife, she was very unhelpful and was very rude to the point of making sarcastic comments and hanging up on me.
