Took my money, never gave me my order, nor do I have a receipt / confirm order numbe

I ordered supplies early October (10/13/08) to be exact. I spent 130.85 with my debit card from my bank. The money showed it was taken the next day. I checked my email for order number and details but I received not a one and still have not. I went back to the web site and clicked on orders I have placed and it states that I have not ever ordered anything from them at any time.

I also have been sent emails from the company saying that I have a lot of things in my shopping cart and forgot to order. I checked this cart and it is not the order that I ordered. It is random stuff that I did not put in the cart and do not want.

I contacted them by email more than ten times and left many messages by phone (the don't answer the phone at any time ever) so you have to leave messages. We then finally received a email saying the order was coming. We never received the order or even the order number still and it is now 2 months later.

So we continue to contact the company via email and phone messages. Then just about 2 and 1/2 weeks ago we got a email saying that they would return the funds that they took out of our account withing 7-10 business days. That has not happened either.

We are however still receiving newsletters offering to sell us more items that they have put on sale. I clicked on the remove us from the mailing list but the ads for their sale items continue even though we are not any longer on their receive email ads list.
