Awful experience

Approximately 8 weeks before my rental-car was broken when another vehicle backed involved with it in a walmart parking lot in columbus, Indiana. There have been no accidents, and my vehicle suffered only slight cosmetic problems.

The Woman who supported into my vehicle offered her insurance specifics towards the nationwide carrental company and about the guidance of the client support brokers, we didn't contact law enforcement.

Today, I had been approached with a states consultant with Purco Navy Providers who advised me the insurance provider for that woman who supported into my vehicle has just settled some of the deficits sustained, and experimented with arrange for the money within the telephone for cost of the rest of the quantity. Used to do not and also have not anytime created any spoken or written contracts to pay for the quantity of profit issue.

The claims consultant for Purco Navy Providers is declaring that I have to spend 'lack of use' charge or administrative costs.

I really donot understand basically am really responsible for these costs. Because it was my vehicle which was broken by another vehicle This 'lack of use' and 'administrative charge' mixed is roughly 500 bucks. Any suggestions about where you can proceed from below could be greatly appreciated.
