Horrible Company to Work With

I was approved for a car loan almost a month ago. I have a garnishment taken out of my paycheck and it is clearly listed on my pay stub. Somehow it was overlooked by the employees at Rightway and at the loan officer at Gateway Financial. I got my car Friday, January 9 and was notified 2 weekes later that I needed to supply paperwork regarding the balance of my garnishment in order to keep my car.

Today my car was shut off due to the fact that my payroll department has not gotten my the information on my balance yet. My company is going through the merger of Limited Too and Justice as we speak, so a lot of things are changing right now. There is a lot going on with payroll including the merging of all employee records, all payroll being transferred onto paycards instead of paychecks, and people being put in charge of areas they are not normally in charge of due to downsizing. I am being told that I have to return my car, and there is nothing in my contract about my car being shut off due to any reason other than non payment.

I am seeking legal counsel and will be hopefully starting a lawsuit within a week. I will also make sure that I spread the word on what a horrible company this is to do business with.
