Mare INC, Matt, Robert, Tim Shirley Mare INC (owned By Matt And Robert Shirley) $2,000 stolen from driver after a ONE MONTH run along with theft of child support from pay check. Company denies employment to avoid W-2 forms

Mare Inc, the trucking company I worked for, has taken my last 3 weeks pay with no logical reason. They have taken Child Support payments out of my check and didnt send them in. They are now saying I never worked for them as they have decided to change they're name. They refuse to send my W-2 form and will not take my calls. My fiance and two kids (4 yrs old and 10 mths old) no longer have medicaid because they refused to fax my income information to our medicaid worker (prior to them terminating my employment). They have also falsified my (and other drivers) logs to cover themselves from DOT. They have also charged me for an accident in which another driver ran me off the road into a ditch. There was no damage at all to truck or trailer. There was minor damage to the load (5 8gal barrels of mayo) due to the two wreckers that pulled the truck and trailer out of the ditch. They charged for the 2 wreckers and the load that was damaged (with load locks being used) and no contract to say that I would be held responsible for those situations. The only contract signed by me they themselves broke. I signed on at. 30 per mile and they dropped my pay to. 28 per mile without notice.
