Parts not installed. Warranty not honored. Rip off artists

Lloyds Tire & Auto Center INC did not replace the parts that I paid for. They did not honor their warranty. Took my car in for preventive maintance. They screwed up the timing belt and I had to go to Hyundai to get it repaired. They would only issue a partial refund on that one. They did not install the parts that I paid for. They put in inferior spark plugs while charging for platinum plugs. They did not replace spark plug wires. I paid a lot for top of the line. They refused to honor their warrenty on all work done.

The owner would not even look at the parts that had to be replaced. His answer was the work was done right. Just about everything that they touched had to be replaced by another car repair facility. Stay away from this shop. Rip off artists.
