Recieved my papers 28 days after signing, added gap ins. On a 2004 car$650

I made 2 mistakes on 7/31 by going to Buck dealershipand signed a blank contract, knew price, sales tax rate finance % and I trust people. Sales girl said she would mail me my papers.

I called dealership on 8/26 asking where are my papers? I recived them in the mail on 8/28/08. I confronted the dealer same day and asked him why do I have a $650 charge for gap ins? He told me it was mandatory with GMAC. The car is a 2004 auto, and found out that was a lie. He lied again when GMAC called, he said he didn't say that.

I have called GMAC auto financing 3 times and was told I DO NOT HAVE gap ins. They promised to investigate and get back to me. I called GM Customer Service twice, same answer. There was no reply from either, GMAC phone #1-800-200-4622, GMCS #1-800-222-1020. Canton OH bbb and Ohio ATT. Gen. Office were no help. BUCK's reply was everything was disclosed to me. More lies. The only disclosure I received was when sales girl left with contract and came back with a folded up newspaper written on top with a magic marker, 3000 warranty, 100,000 mile warranty and my payments would be $250. I told salesgirl I thought they would be around $220 something, what I got was a blank stare and silence.

All I asked from GMAC was to refund or take off $650 and $42.25 extra tax charge or refund me my down payment and all of my car payments and take car bac since I could not use GMs 3 day return policy since I didn't have papers till 28 days. How many laws are broken here? I could add much more.
