Meinke Car Care (formally Econo Lube) Oil change and lube Ha Ha

I went in for a Oil change, and the employee's acted like they wasn't interested in wanting to do it. It was the 19.95 basic oil change, I knew it was done in about 10 mins.

I told my girl friend, that that was the fastest oil change I have ever experienced. This was a 7 point courtesy check, with oil change, and top off all fluids.

Well when I got home I thought to myself that, it went awfull quick, so I got to checking around my truck, and the oil was changed, But the chassis wasn't. The grease zerts on my drag link, tie rod ends, etc. Hadn't been touched, (me as a customeer shouldn't have to get on his back to check there work, there should be a trust issue, that is why I took it to a oil change place so I wouldn't have to do the work my self.)

So to make a long story short, The owner started arguing with me about my complaint, and started trying to confuse me, treating me like I was some kind of idiot, I have been doing construction for years and I do know what a grease zert looks like when it has been done. The person working behind the counter, was snickering, and the guy that did the original work, grabbed a grease gun and went to work. (Immediately) Please watch out for this company I won't be back
