Kitchener, they dont complete the job because who will look under the vehicle to see if job is done

Took a van in for oil change, grease and oil filter. I was told the cost was $24.95 not the $19.95 as advertized. Told them ok, go ahead and change oil, oil filter and grease it. I said everything else is ok.
Later the guy tells me the anti freeze is dirty and needs changing. I again told him only to change oil. Grease it and change the oil filter. I watched them and they did not grease the van or change the oil filter. I paid the bill and the van was driven out. I opened the hood and saw the dirty oil filter that was not changed. When i complained they changed it and said it was an honest mistake.
These oil filters are small and clog easily resulting in low oil pressure which can ruin an engine. They deliberly do this to save a few bucks and a few minutes of work.
