Jiffy Lube

I was only in Phoenix AZ for a short visit and I needed an oil change. I have owned my Tacoma for ten years and this is the first time I was not the one changing the oil. I went to jiffy lube center #1807 at 2630 W thunderbird RD. They don’t carry the oil I use but they said I could bring my own oil and they would change my oil at a discounted price. I thought all was good but when i got he bill they gave me a 5 dollar discount for bringing my oil and filter and they charge me $16.99 for parts. WHAT PARTS??? And they did what they call a signature service 4X4 check. I did not ask for anything but an oil change if I wanted more I would have asked for it. If you do more then you asked to do you don’t charge for it. Before I moved I used to work for a place similar to jiffy lube but a lot better. And you never do business like this. The bill with my great discount was $36.57 that’s crazy. When I got home I looked under my truck they didn’t even tighten the bolts on my skid plate that you don’t even need to take off. It’s clear they don’t really know what they are doing. I hope I don’t find anything else. I will never go back to jiffy lube and you shouldn’t ether.
