Stole 400.00 no service rendered / lutz florida

I set up a move told it would b 8 days no show. Was told truck broke on 4 seprate times. Last times was 30 days after set up. Had to get it my selfand travle 2000 miles to get it. Was told no refund. Sounds like thats his way out. Will not move bike will not refund. Told him i would come get my 400 just like i haad to get my bike. So whos going withe me, not like i need the help. Checked his dot numbers thay sais his numbers were no good he has not filed insurance..
