Poor workmanship and follow up

In Nov. Of 2007 I bought some Dunlop 195/65R15 wheels for my 2004 Volkswagen Jetta GLS 1.8 T. These were changing the Michelin tires that initially included the vehicle. That said, I had been set for a frustration beyond possible.

First, i bought the tires via a certified merchant for City Faire Tire since he is an area shop-owner and that I occur to understand him. That said, City Fair provided the tires and installation. Today, within 6 times of these being mounted one went smooth. It had been a hole plus they needed care of the without any problems. I had been pleased with the support. Within 14 days, all 4 wheels started leaking oxygen.in the beginning it had been no more than 5 lb. S of stress every 14 days. I thought since it was getting cooler that it had been fairly regular. I introduced them back, had them examined, no leaks, nothing. Okay, I-drive away thinking it had been only a fluke. They'd resealed the tires and everything was great. Within 2 weeks, the tires started leaking again. This time around 5lbs. Each week, all 4 wheels. Because this time I Have been back again to them 4 occasions for repairs on all 4 wheels. We are on # 3 alternative of the device stems and resealing teh wheels. They're today informing me they would like to cost me $4 a tire to check on them! Are you serious? For wheels which have NEVER been right, they currently need me to cover providers they claim they offer totally free? I am a person and my info and bill number stay together why might I be billed?
