Incorrectly mounted tires ruined my 2 other tires

Bought 2 Continental wheels Country Illinois, 12/10 pending a visit.

During journey, 100 mpg less usage (I've a Cross)& purchased this vehicle on same trip before. Created a loud roaring sound within the span of the push.

Since The tires were fresh, I got the vehicle towards the seller, taken care of a diagnostic check to locate there is nothing mechanically incorrect.

Had position check at another company, was informed sound should be was from shock absorbers. Bought new shocks.

Sound and usage nevertheless a problem, researched by myself, & discovered tires were mounted using the phrases "inside" on the exterior of the tire, wheels were mounted backwards.

Visited where tires were bought, and was informed the specialist "must have observed that. "sorry". They'll change tires just since I bought highway hazard warranty.

Have serious irregular use on my 2 other wheels - they might require re placement today. Supervisor contended it wasn't his issue, he could not confirm the use on my tires before fresh tires were bought.

Only 2 tires were bought on the basis of the suggestion of one's support consultant, because they were "like-new".

Had I experienced an accident with this journey, a study might have decided the tires were installed incorrectly, & might be regarded a contributing element to a collision.

Continental Tires replied to my mail & stated their tires have to be installed properly, or it'll negatively affect their efficiency.

What'll you need to do to create this case right? I want one more 2 new wheels today due to your mistake.
