Lights come on automatically during the night and won't go off

Per month before, throughout the night as the vehicle was within the garage, the headlights arrived on instantly and we'd to remove the battery simply because they wouldn't set off. Required it towards the seller who use it a diagnostic for $98 plus they couldn't have it to reproduce the issue over a-4 time time. Ditto occurred yesterday (temperature outdoors was 17) and we again disconnected the battery. Son-in-law believes it might be a PC issue... Seller doesn't understand what it's. Has other people had this issue by having an '2003Toyota corrola?
