Returned Kodak printer reported not received and pickup cannot be tracked

I had a problem with two Kodak printers and returned them both via UPS. Now they said they didn't receive the second one. UPS can't track it because on return pick ups which they use the return UPS shipping invoice of, they have no way of telling whether it was picked up. Give me the shipping and return numbers on both printers
