Kodak printers suck

I purchased an ESP 5 KODAK AOL printer in October and I have had to replace the printhead twice! They boast that you pay less for cartridges, BUT, you use them up more often! The print quality is very inferior, light colors or no black ink. It is very loud and sounds like it is falling apart! I have contacted KODAK several times about this matter, and all they tell me is that they will send me another printhead. I asked for my money back as it is still under warranty, and they said they can not offer that option.
I own two other printers, a Brother and a Lexmark, and I have not had any problems with them in the five years I have owned them.
Don't waste your money!
