Fake internet sale and took money and sent no product

I had been searchinf for a vehicle on craigslist ever since i had sold my prior vehicle. I had found a 99' Jeep grand Cherokee limited for a great deal and i thought i had hit the jackpot. So i emailed the man back and forth many times and worked out a payment plan that included the price to send the vehicle to me and i thought things were going to work out perfectly. I sent the money via moneygram and from the emails i understood that ebay was going to hold the moneygram because thats who the payment was going through and he wouldnt get the money until i had checked the vehicle and confirmed to ebay that everything was ok. The day after the vehicle was supposed to be delivered i called moneygram to check the status of the money and he had already picked it up and i havent been able to contact him since the confirmation that i had sent the moneygram and faxed the receipt to ebay.
