I got ripped off. My account was debited on October 28 and I still havent gotten the merchandise or the refund I requested when I cancelled the orde

On October 28 I spoke to Mary at police laptops and ordered a van laptop mount. I requested the order be sent on my fed ex account standard overnight. I should have gotten the merchandise in3 days or less. On the order date my account was debited $129.98. I waited a week and called back to check the status of my order and was told they were waiting on some of the parts before shipping it out but it would be shippedin 4 days.

I wited 2 more weeks and called back... I was given the same sad tongue in cheek dance. This went on until December 22 and I just canceled my order and requested a refund.in a conversation today over the phone with Julie whom works for the police laptop company she informed me that I had already been refunded the money and faxed me a piece of paper that is suppose to prove it. I told her I would fax her a print out of my bank transactions to prove her wrong but she refused to give me her fax number. I still haven't recieved a refund and am fighting it thru the bank. On a good note I ordered thu someone else since then ad finally got the product I needed.
