Dock 24 - Shamic scam artists. You will never see your merchandise or money again

These people are scam artists - They owe me $759.96 and have flat refused to send me a refund. They keep promising the refund is on the way and I will have it within 30 days but I have never recieved any refund or any merchandise from this company. My order#1345 was placed on Monday January 29.

My delivery date was supposed to be the week of March 5th. After numerous emails, I finally cancelled my order completely on Friday April 20th and requested a refund. I was emailed back and told that my refund would be credited to my account within 30 days "as is our policy". Accourding to my calculations I should have been refunded by Saturday May 19 at the latest.

Today is October 15 and I have emailed and called this company repeatedly over the past 5 months to get my money back. They have given me nothing but excuses as to why I have not recieved my money.

Fair warning: do not order anything from this company - you will not recieve any merchandise from them and you will never see your money again.
