Parts components rip-off ordered parts that i was not told about a $20 shipping fee also thought i was getting 2 fog lamps & only got one returned part never got credit california

I purchased what I thought was 2 fog lamps and only got 1. I was charged a $20 shipping charge which I was not informed of. I called and was told to return the part which I did and included a letter and the invoice. Never got a refund so I called 1/24/03 spoke with Ronald who was curt and he said he would submit a voucher and refund to be processed in 72 hrs. I requested a call from the supervisor Steve which I never got. Called again on 3/1/03 spoke John and he said no record in the computer Ronald must have it in his desk call back. I again requested to speak with Steve and again he was not in... Suprise surprise. I am waiting for a refund of $74.59. This company is a scam and is giving me the run around. BonnieRIDGE, New York
