Cancelled twice from DC to Ft. Laud

January 5th.

Terrible airlines...

My spouse and children (1.5 yrs & 4.5 years) going from DC to Ft. Laud (Miami).

She waited for 3 hours in the airport in the last second trip got terminated, they offered 2 choices possibly rebook for following day day or reimbursement.

She rebooked for following day day, following day morning visited airport and again trip is postponed for 3 hours, today after waiting 3 hrs again they terminated second-time, Disgrace in it... Happened twice

Waste spiti does'nt don't have any copy programs whatsoever.

Today the woman in the table stated they are able to do is reimbursement or rebook.

My spouse with children its completely difficult.

Nature airlines a really disgrace less mgmt. No customer support.
