Rip Off and Lied to

On Nov. 13 I sent a order with a check. On Nov. 20 it was cleared at my bank. Not hearing from them for three weeks I notified them about my order. They told me they hold a check for three weeks. Having electronic banking which takes minutes, it was hard to believe that story. I told them to cancel my order and return my money as this was a Christmas gift and I needed it now. After a week went by I called and they told me that they would have it in the mail that week. It went from that to, it was sent the 26th of Dec. They told me to talk to Larry and they turn me over to Larry who takes care of finances. I email him but no reply. This is Jan. 4th and still no money. I am getting the run around and I am not likeing it very well. So, how do they stay on the internet and keep ripping people off. I need my money.
