Unauthorized transactions

I requested a Google Achievement Package on 11/24/08 for that amount of $1 to protect delivery. I've not obtained my package up to now and today have numerous costs to my accoun as follows;

12/2/08.95 google achievement package

12/8/08 $4.95 fraud protection

12/15/08 $9.95 identity security

1/2/09 $11.95 google achievement package

I've not approved these dealings, I'd just like a complete reimbursement to my bill. This can be a total rip-off and it is not appropriate.
