Unauthorized billing

I permitted Google Achievement to have a $1.00 to get a package to assist me. I didnot get my package plus they required more income out-of my debt consideration including $4.95 for a scam defense that I didnot request. Additionally they required $29.95 from my bill. Personally I think Google Achievement is just a fraud and also have obtained my cash with nothing in exchange.
