High Service Fees, Suspect "Needed" Work and Unhelpful Staff

Perhaps the rudest service staff I have ever found in an auto dealership. Very high oil change - $30. Brake service is at least 20% higher than other area mechanics. Recommended work that was not needed, would not perform warranty work - said to come back for a problem that was not ongoing "when it is acting up, bring it in". I guess they do not have diganostic equipment! They were very nice when selling the vehicle but when you require any help it is "come back some other time."
