I ordered a part for a High performance CVT Variator upgrade kit for 150 cc Runmaster 150 2 seated go-kart from Extreme MotorSales. The order was handled by a Tina Wilson from TGT Companies, Inc

I was emailed that my money order for $124.99 came on 9/18/08. I was told Tina had my order in front of her on 9/30/08 after I sent her e-mail that I was worried.

She said not to worry. When she accepted my order, there were a few within stock. Then someone else sold them. It will be a week before my part arrived.

Started sending emails daily even went on another e-mail account since I was not getting replies to the first one I used to Tina. She then sent me a e-mail that she had been sending me e-mails but they were bouncing back to her.

The excuses one after another started to come why I did not get this part. Most time my e-mails were not answered. Also I could not get her on phone or live chat online.

Tina sent me the last e-mail after I sent her one complaining that I was still waiting. She said, she had emailed me over and again.

She said, that the part was in stock then sold out. Then claimed by MRP that the part was arriving again the week of 11/12/08.

Funny her e-mail is only problem I had getting to my account. Hum what about calling me on phone or then my physical mail if they really were trying to communicate.

I have asked her to send back my money for $124.99.
Told her forget sending it now since I ordered one at another place have it and it is already installed in the go-kart and working.

My finale e-mail is below to Tina I sent it on 12/11/08

Tina,
I have waited forever for you to send my order.
I want you to send the money you owe me back now.
I sent my payment in good faith.

You got my money order for $124.99 on 9/18/08 to your company. You yourself said the payment was received that day. You could get it from a slow boat from China by now. It will soon be 3 months.

So send back my money and don't make any more excuses where or who you might have to wait to get a part from.
Send back our money since you are never going to send the part!

It has been since 9/19/08 that you got my payment of $124.99

I do not care what her excuse is now 3 months later it is to long to wait when they got my money on 9/18/08 this is now 12/21/08 I just want my money and have asked her for it back several times now.

I do not have $124.99 laying around to just give away.
I tried to be as nice as possible to this company tried to understand things happen but after 3 months I just want my money back.

I thought long and hard before writing to rip off. I just do not know how to get help without putting it here.

Tina if you read this I want my money back! You got it in good faith and I have tried for months to resolve this. Next time don't take money for something you do not have a way of delivering.
