This Car dealership placed a false add about free gas cards and gift cards to get customers to come in

I received an ad in the mail from this company, stating they were having a sale from Dec. 11th to Dec. 13th. What really caught my eye was the part about giving away free Ham gift cards just for coming in, and a $100 gas card for test driving a car. When I got there they didn't even mention either of the cards. So I test drove a 2007 Kia Rio. During the test drive I asked about my cards and the sales man replied "Oh yes, you're going to get your cards."

When we got back to the dealership, I asked about them again. Once again he assured me that I would get them. All he seemed focused on doing was trying to sale me a car. I spent 2 hours there, and in the end, he said they were out of the ham gift cards, so all I got was a good as gold gas card with instructions to complete trials on line for $10 in free gas.

Being very upset I had my cousin call to the same dealership, and ask if there were anymore of the ham gift cards. The same man that helped me told her yes, and asked if she would like to come in. Then, two minutes later, exactly, told me over the phone that he doesn't know if they would get anymore in.

I called back and spoke to his manager, and after I explained what happend he told me that he was getting more in the next day and I could come in that afternoon to get it; if they didn't run out again. "Well why did your employee tell me he wasn't sure if you were getting anymore?" I said. "Because I told him to tell all the customers that" he replied.

After I told him that I don't feel safe doing business with a company that lies to and misleads customers. He stated that if I felt that way, they do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and I didn't have to come in there anymore. Then he hung up.
