CRC Silicon - Destroys petroleum based substances due to the ingredients containing 80@ acetone

Please pass this one along. Avoid using this CRC product. They say the EPA has restricted the amount of silicon they have in a 11oz can. I was told 85-90% of the can is acetone. Basically a solvent that is used as a paint thinner. I called their support line because I sprayed some black plastic and it turned most of it milky white. They rudely assume no liability.

So, if you think there's silicon in their product, your being optimistic. It will breakdown anything that's oil based, including rubber. Silicon should preserve and enhance rubber and plastic.
