Celadon wont let me drive

I have been with celadon since april stared off great avrg. 2800 - 3000 mi./wk for about the first 2 to 3 months then started to go down hill avrg. Dropped to around 1400 to 1800 mi./wk. I started to notice tolls not being re-paid, detention not being paid (this is supose to be automatic) ITS NOT! They owe me as of right now almost $400 in detention i was told in "class" layover is paid after 48 hrs of sitting i sat a whole weekend fri sat sun and mon and when i asked about layover pay i was told "u dont get layover for holiday weekends" sevral times i had had hold ups on loads truck problems loading etc. And had sent msgs did late msg then freeform to whoever was covering me i was pulled in one day and told "your on a level 3 for service failures" i was dumb founded so i kept my mouth shut and continued to run (i was brought up to obey athority figures) i was in a accident in late nov. Found to be at fault and ticketed went home for thanksgiving and needed a little time off to get ticket taken care of and such and just needed to relax so i took my week vacation all fine come monday time to leave and no load so i sent a msg "do i get a load today?" no responce, @ 3:50 i recieved a call from driver manager informing me that i was suspended and she had no reason why, so she put me over to saftey they were closed so i called back the next morning and got ahold of someone so i asked why i was suspended "because ur ticket hasnt been taken care of" i was told well i now a week away from court date and still suspened they tell me i can get a load to court i cant move truck till its taken care of how can i pay a ticket if im not working i informed driver manager i have no transportation to get to court so i called saftey again and asked to be released so i could get to court they said "no, ur truck can not move till ur ticket is taken care of, your a saftey risk" i was shocked how a ticket could have this affect maybe the accident but not the ticket the guy then continued on that "u have a horrible saftey record blah blah blah" this is my first accident and no injuries i dont understand, now im sitting here at home no money coming in and no way to pay this ticket im trying to get another job so i can pay this ticket and get on somewhere before cealdon damages my dac beyond belief
