Approved repairs in july - obtained auth # and add up to reimbursed. Quantity $564.40 and auth # h08-05091-2102. Mailed to as instructed to - attn statements spend, 400 metro place north selection 360, dublin ohio as instructed and was received. Nevertheless no money by 12-08-08
Next thing or even paid by end of month, foreclosure/technicians trim on non paid invoice. Was told by history cost could be paid within 6-8 months. Which was a rest. Called back to heritage and was informed sorry, till they pay them, we'd not be paid.
