Sent me a vehicle that I paid for months ago without the paperwork needed to transfer ownership. Also shipped a vehicle with out a spare tire

I searched for and bought a vehicle while I was serving in Iraq. I made the arraingments to pay for the vehicle and have it shipped to my house so I could have a vehicle to drive when I returned. When the vehicle was delivered the truck driver decided that he would try to get an extra 700 dollars out of my stepfather for the delivery feel. The fee was already paid. The driver didn't get the money either.

The paperwork was supposed to be in the vehicle upon delivery. It wasn't. When I returned to the USA and found out that I had a vehicle I could drive, I called the dealership to find out what was holding things up. They said that they had been busy and would send it the next day. (I called on a sunday) By friday I still hadn't recieved anything. So I called again and was told by Robert that I was not a priority. I was infuriated and said that I would be I priority if I hadn't paid wouldn't I. I also asked him if I would have to fly from PA to TX to get this worked out. He said that I didn't and he would get the paperwork to me. I recieved the wrong paperwork on the Wednsday before Thanksgiving. So I called them and let them know it was wrong and would send me the right stuff. A week later there was still no paperwork in the mail.

At this point I left them a message that if I don't get the paperwork by the end of the week I will be there on Monday to collect the paperwork and reimbursement for my trouble. I then called Julie Clark on her cellphone and she answered. I told her about the message and she told me that she would check for a tracking number on the shippment. I haven't heard back yet and for some reason't she is not answering. She also mentioned that her son had to go to the dentist. I think full of crap. That kid spends his life at the dentist. I wish they woule give me origional excuses not the same one over and over. Do they rehearse it? So they may have a visitor on December 8. Time will tell. My next step is to contact the PA State Police vehicle fraud taskforce. Maybe that will light a fire under their butt.
