Ripoff strong arm belittled degrade us and totally against the motto where working folks buy for less

When just looking for a vehicle we were strong armed into believing they would listen to what we wanted and they said they would work with us and in the pay we said.
After looking at the vehicle i felt i wanted the price was too high and the motto there is where working folks buy for less.

The price we stated was doubled by the end of the deal. Now the 30 days/1000miles i felt is the return policy and i called them within 15-25 minutes of leaving friday to let them know that i wasn't happy with the vehicle only to be told to check with sales manager on monday. We went in on monday only to be told be the sales rep that we were stuck with the vehicle and the sales manager said we could exchange it for something else on the lot. We didn't want anything else there and again tried to return the vehicle. They said no they would fix what was wrong with the vehicle and i said it still isn't the one i felt comfortable with. I wanted my money back.

We left the vehicle there they took it to be fixed this took two days to do and then said that it should be ready. I didnot drive it anymore since i was unhappy with the vehicle. I got a phone call from the company bank that was doing the funding in their questions they were told i was very unhappy with this veicle and that i had tried to return it. Being also told that approved auto had said if i didn't go through with this loan that i would not be able to get another one later. The bank verified that not to be true and so the bank called approved auto to let them know they were not going to fund the vehicle and to make the customer happy. I received a call from the salesmanager stund because they said they were told we werenot going to pay for the vehicle.

The bank had told them no funds to be sent for this. I got a call stating that they wanted their vehicle back and so it was returned to them. I asked about our money we had put down and was told that when it clears the bank we could get our money back. Well it had cleared our bank. I then left to give them a couple more days so it could clear their bank then i called to get our money back. I then was told that i needed to bring in proof it had cleared our bank THEY DIDNOT GIVE US ANY RECEIPT NOR PAPERWORK. I took in proof only to be told they were only going to give us credit towards another vehicle on their lot. I said that i hadn't received any papers about the vehicle. The manager said that they have 30 days in which to get us title and paperwork. HUMPH just what i still believe about the 30 days/1000miles.

I said where the sales manager? Manager told me to call next day because he was out. I called only to be told sorry the owners took it out of my hands and said that they would only give credit towards another vehicle on their lot.
