Deceptive

Bedford Transmission is deceptive when they are giving you an estimate of cost. They took days to pick up my car. They finally came after we called and said the police were going to tow it away. They never mentioned a tow fee. When they gave us the estimate, there was no tow bill included. When we told them we could not afford what it was going to cost, they suddenly had an $80 fee for towing the car.

We would not reccomend this company to anyone we know.
