If you ever wanted to meet the ultimate scheming thief, Larry Swanson is the man to meet. He has a history with the Greco Auto group as a used car manager and General Manager. It is rumored that he is the reason why those owners lost their Lincoln Mercury dealership because he simply ran it into the grond. He is the general manager of Joyce Honda now looking to run it into the ground just like Lincoln Mercury. Unfortuntatley, it is impossible to do because the dealership represents the best prouct and is located on the perfect spot. They are profitable by accident. This man is known for creating problems for his employees. While I was working for him he suckered me into buying a house. I almost did. It just happend that I did not buy the house for some reason and a few weeks after he eliminated my position because he is too stingy to pay a manager to monitor his internet sales operations. I quit the dealership to pursue other things. Now he had owed me two months worth of commissions. After fighting hard I was paid for one month. Now I was trying to contact him for months about money owed to me and he ignored me. I took him to department of labor court where I lost the case because he lied to the judge and I had no proof to show that he lied. He said that he spoke to me on january 2 to let me know that my position was being eliminated and that he put out a letter to his office manager. While the truth is that he was too much of a coward to talk to me and the VP, Tom Stark is the one who had the conversation with me on January 9. It is easy to create a phony letter on the computer and chance the dates which I know that Larry Swanson did. He made up a phony letter and used it to lie and win the court case. This is a man who has been robing the owner of his dealership blind for many years. Buyer Beware!!! Avoid that dealership at all costs. They disrespect their customers and when you are in that showroom it feels like you are in a zoo instead of a professional business because as a General Manager, Larry Swanson does not control the atmosphere, he just looks to steal as much as he can for himself.
