Stuff stolen, overpriced service

I went over there to have my car estimated and had an itouch ipod on the passenger seat. I came back and found out that it was gone. I confronted them about it and denied that they even wen into my car even tough I say one of the two asian guys going through the car. Plus I found out about my last transaction with them was about a part that was 100 dollars over. The starter only costed about 114

The two who run that place are asian and will say that certain cars are hard to work on or the parts are overly priced. Don't listen to them just get up and go, that's just bull crap.
