Allow me to say that i've been a victim of toyota of san bernardino. I would love to have a attorney call me or perhaps a media to come to my door and ask me what did Toyota of San Bernardino do to me and my girlfriend. They are crooks and FULL OF LIES.in March I traded in my 2003 Nissan Sentra (STUPID ME WISH I NEVER DID.) to get a little bit more power and more room. I happen to see with my girlfriend a used 2004 Hyundai Sonata 2.7 v6. I did do my report on this vehicle and it did have great ratings thru consumer digest and edmunds. So we came to give it a test drive and we really did like it. So Dealt with Steven Vu in Finance and is favorite word people is BUYER'S REMORSE BY THE WAY. Sure thing steven you got that right. Anyways we signed the papers and we bought the vehicle with 62,777 miles on it. And me being in the automotive repair industry. I asked him twice has the timing belt been replaced. His answer I don't know but you can do it and I'll knock off a hundred dollars off. OOOOKKKKKKKKK then i asked is this car fully inspected like your certified toyotas are Steven? Answer: we only do it for toyota. We are not obligated to inspect them. All we have to do is just make sure it passes smog. Yeah pal i wonder why we have so much smog in San Bernardino now. You blow alot of smoke to your customer's. Well guess what people 3 days later i've notice the engine was making clapping noises. I said to myself please God tell me its that the rods in the engine. I took it to work and realized that the timing belt was on the verge of coming off and it was smacking against the timing cover. And for some reason i agreed to purchase the extended warranty. Thank god. I had the timing belt, hydraulic tensioner, water pump (leaking by the way) seals replaced through toyota extended warranty. Next people notice on the freeway that the car would drift left right, left right, left right. Problem? Tires had 5% left on the rear tires and 15% on the front. And made sure after 10 phone calls that i got them replaced for free. Next, power steering leak. Next, rear main seal leaking motor oil, Next, motor mount broken, Next transmission slipping. Now you tell me why i contact bbb and bbb doesnt do a dam thing!!!
look, at there rating (ff) come on consumer affairs close them down. Folks sorry i got heated there for a few minutes. Please Please don't let them have satisfaction. I wish a great attorney reads these complaints and takes action with us one day soon.
