Jerk screws customer on tire mounting

This guy, Jim Lowery, mounted a front wheel on my motorcycle which vibrated strongly at highway speeds afterwards. When I took it back to have the balance checked, he wanted more money to check it. I then took it to another dealer who checked it for me (for free) and found the tire to be over 20 grams out of balance.

I called Jim and told him, asking for a refund of the tire mounting fee. He refused and hung up the phone like a rude Tool.
