Car repossed never received statement

My car was repossessed at 7:30 pm tonight and when I went outside. There was a repo man standing by my car. He said he was there to take my car due to non-payment. When he showed me the paperwork my address was incorrect with a different city. He said he was going by the VIN# — I told him I changed my address when I moved but I never lived in that city. Is there anything I can do!!??
