United Auto Acceptance Pars Used Cars Ripoff Ilegally repossed my ca

I purchase a car from Pars Car Sales a year and a half ago, and everything was fine until I called their finance company United Auto Acceptance about 3 months ago to make a payment arrangement.

I called into the office and spoke to a girl named Yanelle and told her that I would call back to make a payment over the phone using a credit card. We agreed on the date and I thought everything was fine. Approximnately 3 days later I called and paid my balance with a credit card. However, the next day the repo man showed up at my house.

My husband was livid and did not let them take my car because the payment was already made. So the repo man left and I immediately called United Auto Acceptance and spoke to Yanelle again. When I asked her what happened? She placed me on hold. I had to call back at least 15 times within that one day because she would place me on hold and not come back to the phone.

I then spoke to another girl who told me that they had already sent a repo out in error, but they were willing to make a deal with me. She requested that I pay the 200.00 that they owed the repo guy. WHAT!!! I sould not beleive that she would ask me to do something like that. I told her NO, because that was they're mistake. And that is a cost that they will have to eat.

About a week later I walked out of my house to find that my car was not there. They had sent a repo man out again. And I did not owe them one red cent!!!

I called and called to try to come to some type of resolution but they would not talk to me. They would continue to place me on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time.

Ultimately, I had to pay the repo fee of 200.00 to get my car back. And they still continually harass me about this account. I could see if I did not pay my bills but this particular account is in good standing on my credit report. It shows as an I-1. They are now attempting to collect an additional 150.00 dollars for a collection fee, if my payment is more that 10 days late and this is in addition to the late payment fee.

I am truly frustated with dealling with is company and there incompentant employees.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE think twice before doing business with this company.
