Paid d.M.V. 214.00 for tax and lic they informed me i need to get a dealer report of sale so i went back to see carlos at kar co and he tried to charge me tax again i got so mad i almost called the police. This car was listed with ten others under ther phone number in the auto trader ad and i picked up a guy in westminster who told me he was the private owner of this vechile, he was not, would you please help me?
