Southland Dodge
Will not service car under warranty because i didn't buy it there, Parts guy was Arrogant and Asinine

I tried to buy a car at southland dodge because it was my local dealer, but they turned me down. I bought a car in New Orleans. I had problems with my car, but the service manager DEAN and Mike refused to service my car because i did not buy it there. I called corprate dodge and called southland on three way. Corprate dodge said they cannot deny me service, and the man on the phone said he can do what he wants it is his dealership and he doesnt care if they take away his 5 star rating. A couple of months after getting my car serviced 2 hours away, I tried to order a part for my car. I sent the people at service a DODGE engine schematic with the part i needed circled. They ordered my part. It took 5 days. It was the wrong part. The guy @ the parts counter blammed it on "chrysler" and reordered the same part. I call another dealership and he tells me i need 2 other parts, that the schematic is wrong. I call southland back to order it, he gives me crap, says thats not what i need and that it will take 5 days to come in even though i asked for priority handling. I call a dealership 40 min away, and they have me the part 2 days later. Stay away from southland dodge. They suck.
