I ordered a free trial of acai. I did not get any order confirmation sheet at the end of placing my order. I thought this was odd and went back into the site. I saw in small print at the bottom that my card would be charged for the full amount in 14 days. I immediately emailed them to tell them to cancel my order and do not charge my card. I received an email saying they would get back to me in 24 - 48 hours. They did not get back to me. I tried to call the customer service department but i received a message saying that the wait time was 40 minutes or more. Three times i stayed on the line for over and hour and no one ever came to the phone. I looked on my banking on line to see this company charged my credit card for 44.85 and also i have a preauth for another 44.85. I did not authorize any charges for 44.85. I have called my credit card and reported this to the fraud department. They are investigating. Do not buy anything from these people. I also have received other emails my first stating a story about ellen smith and how wonderful these products are. I am now receiving emails about a susan lewis and it is the same story with the same picture of the woman on ellen smiths email. This company is a huge scam.
