Muller Chevrolet
Poor sales ethics

Cars & Transport

My daughter bought her first car from this dealership. It was a used car advertised with warrenty, it was supposed to be 30 days or 1000 miles. Needless to say less than 1 week after the purchase the check engine light came on. Opon contacting them about this problem Anthony (the warrenty man) told her that the warrenty was not available because she did not buy the extended warrenty. She was informed that she could make an appointment to have the car repaired with the service department at her own cost.

This dealership has the most unethicical buisness practice that I have ever seen, The owner Scott Mueller will promise you anything, favorite saying " I will work with you" means nothing after the check is cashed. Actually you will be lucky if you get to hear the saying because they will not return any calls that are made to them concerning a problem. My daughter told them that my father had called and left a message (her answer was he never called here) when i had. Followed by the statement from Anthony " dont have him call here I don't want to talk to him ". So this is a word to the wise dealing with these people is buyer beware.
