Harvesting card no hi tax/fee

Wouldn't stop or remove when non-secure website was mentioned. Fees and costs are extremely large. Cheapotickets applied THE VERY FIRST four amounts of my charge card to confirm purchase meaning they're placing them on non-secure email webs. Regular process is by using just the last four card numberis. Won't use this website again.
