Ripoff Will not cancel policy and keeps charging your account and credit card company will not stop charging your account eithe

I hurt myself on the job and ended up on workman's compensation. I had shoulder surgery and can't tie my shoes much less work. I called Account Secure Plus that I have been paying about 25 bucks a month for a year or more. I filed a claim. There has been numerous contacts but only reasons not to pay. I said I want to stop paying for Account Secure Plus on my credit card. UnionPluscard told me I had to call Account Secure Plus and that they could not just stop paying them. I called Account Secure Plus and they say they WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT until I pay off the balance of my account.

I can not cancel what is an insurance policy on my credit card and they will continue to charge their premium until I pay off the balance of my credit card.
