Esurance doesn't cancel your policy and refuses to credit account directly California

I've never made a claim with Esurance and have had them for several years. They directly debit my account each month for their payment. I signed up for their service on their website, but there was no way to cancel their plan on their site. I sent them an email on the 22nd to cancel my plan. They did not cancel my plan when I requested it and charged my account this month anyway. I FINALLY got a hold of them and they canceled the plan, but refused to credit my account directly even though that's how they withdrew the money. They insist that they can only send a check which is a complete lie.

I have been in the business world for mor 20 plus years and know that this is simply a tactic for them to hold onto your money for as long as possible. Considering the have never provided any services for me this is even more insulting. I've lost my job and needed that money NOW just to make my rent. Since they will not credit my account immediately myself and my disabled mom will soon be out on the street. This company is the worst company I have ever done business with EVER.
